Scenario #1: Sign up for a shift and register with a new VolunteerMatters account
- Find a volunteer shift and click Volunteer.
- Click “Register now”
- On the registration form, you will find DTD’s search tool and the “More Info” button upon confirmation.
Scenario #2: Register with a new VolunteerMatters account without signing up for a shift
- On the lefthand menu, click “Login” and select “Register Now”
- Click “Register now”
- On the registration form, you will find DTD’s search tool and the “More Info” button upon confirmation.
Scenario #3: Login to VolunteerMatters
- On the lefthand menu, click “Login”
- Go to the Dashboard and find the “More Info” prompt to see Double the Donation’s plugin.
Scenario #4: Update Profile on VolunteerMatters
- On the lefthand menu, click “Login”
- Find “My Profile” on the menu and under “My Information” click Edit.
- Go to the “Organization” field to update the company information.
